We are proud of the team we call the “Pet Hub” who answer all our telephone calls and respond to online bookings via a call centre service in Suva, Fiji. This service is operated by Greymouse, an Australian business based in Caloundra, and the owners are happy Pet Resort customers. Our Pet Hub team members are a huge part of our extended Pet Resort family.  Currently we employ 30 people in Australia and the equivalent of 3 in Fiji. If you have any detailed queries about your pet’s care or you are a new client, the Pet Hub will happily put you through to us at Caloundra. Please, if you have an issue with their accent, don’t stress – they will happily transfer your call directly to us in Pet Care Services.

Here is another picture from our Christmas Party in 2012 which we hosted for the Pet Hub team at our hotel just before it was severely damaged by Tropical Cyclone Evan.

Tropical Cyclone Evan began a very interesting journey for our Pet Resort family. Our beautiful tropical holiday ended in horror when Fiji was hit by the category 5 cyclone on 16 December 2012. We battened down the hatches (not that hard in a 5 star hotel) and we came home and created Friends for Fiji (more about that in Our Friends page). In short, we sent a 20 foot container of essential items that people lost in the cyclone and distributed them to all the lovely people of Fiji.
